Lineville Spirit Week!
It’s that time of year again for Spirit Week! This year Spirit Week will be held during the Week of February 1-5. The large assembly in the gym will be on Friday, February 5th which is an early release day. The 6th grade assembly will be during 1st and 2nd hours and the 5th grade assembly will be during 7th and 8th hours.
In the quest to win the coveted Spirit Award this year, students will be participating in the activities listed below to earn points for their respective Houses.
Food Drive: Students are encouraged to bring in canned and dry goods each day during TEAM time and will earn points based on the number of items collected. All proceeds will be donated to the Giving Tree Food Pantry. Although The Giving Tree will accept any dry goods they are especially in need of the following items: peanut butter, hamburger helper, boxed potatoes, apple sauce, pancake mix and syrup, as well as any canned pasta (Spaghettios, Beef-a-Roni, etc).

Guesstures Game
Assembly Activities on Friday, February 5th: Obstacle Course/Catastrophe
In addition to these activities, the Peer Leaders have come up with the following dress up days:
Monday- Sports Day--
Wear your favorite sports team apparel
Tuesday- 80’s Day--
Wear clothes from the 80’s decade
Wednesday- Beach Day--
Wear appropriate school attire with a beach/Hawaiian theme
Thursday- Camo Day --
Wear camouflage clothing
Friday-House T-shirts/Sweatshirts Day
The House from each grade level who demonstrates the most school spirit and sportsmanship throughout the week will have their name engraved on the Sportsmanship plaque.
